Troubleshooting the download of FTS Case Workbooks. 

The most common problem is that there are multiple instances of Excel running on your computer (which may be hidden). 

You can check for multiple instances of Excel from the Help menu of the FTS Market.

To end multiple instances, run the Task Manager by pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL.  Click on the “Processes” tab.   Close all instances of Excel and start over.
